We loved the central location and how clean the place was kept. Plenty of food at buffet breakfast. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a particularly nice view. The staff was superbly friendly, sweet with every request. The fact the service was great too.

Everything was great, delightfully helpful staff, perfect location really close to the railway, train tracks. The rooms with a refrigerator, a King size bed and earplugs. The painless check-in too. Loved dainties at Salt Restaurant, it was close to the hotel.

The staff were very polite, the hotel was neat, breakfast was awesome. Picturesque location, very close to - train and all casinos, but the area itself was really loud. The breakfast was included. Having different delicious drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

Extremely spacious rooms, helpful staff, free breakfast. Restaurant was average and fairly clean. Loved flat-screen television, a coffee maker and a sitting area in the room. Basic hotel and outstanding service.

Bathroom was large, and the room itself was fine! Clean hotel with a central location. Besides, the area was downtown, next to Shreveport Festival Plaza. The restaurant was good and food was delicious. Good service throughout stay. Everything was simply nice.

Elegant rooms, sausages and grits in the morning, outstanding food. Historic location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Logan Mansion. And I was near restaurants and casinos.
